ManuRob unveils Loadix, the first autonomous agricultural handling robot, and wins the silver medal for innovation at the Bio360 trade show in Nantes in January 2024.
From January 24 to 25, ManuRob unveiled its Loadix robot, the very first autonomous agricultural handling robot, at the Bio 360 trade show. Bio 360 is an international trade show dedicated to metanization and, more generally, biotransition, bringing together no fewer than 5,000 participants from 45 countries, 450 exhibitors from 25 countries and over 200 speakers on the theme of bioenergy, bioeconomy and decarbonization. The exhibition is an opportunity for the various players to showcase their innovations in favor of an ecological transition, and thus demonstrate their commitment to the fight against climate change.
Loadix attracted the attention of visitors and experts from the agricultural industry, arousing keen interest in its innovative capabilities and its potential for transporting a variety of materials, particularly in metallizers. The 100% electric aspect of Loadix proved particularly innovative in the agricultural sector, which traditionally uses fossil fuels. The show was also an opportunity to demonstrate Loadix's versatility, as ManuRob would like their robot to be able to feed livestock in the future.
Loadix did not go unnoticed at the show, as ManuRob was honored with the Silver Medal for Innovation. This recognition underlines Loadix's significant impact in the field of agricultural robotics, and confirms ManuRob's commitment to innovation in response to farmers' new constraints.
ManuRob's presence at Bio360 was also an opportunity for the company to share its vision and commitment to sustainability in agriculture. Loadix is part of this approach, offering an ecological alternative to traditional handling methods, thus reducing agriculture's carbon footprint.
